Springline Yacht Sales adds New York office

Springline Yacht Sales expanded its market area into New York and northern New Jersey with a second office located in the Mamaroneck Boats & Motors marina in Mamaroneck, N.Y.

The New York office will offer the same services as the Mystic, Conn., location, with managing broker Gene Magnetti at the helm. Magnetti has many years of sales and marketing experience, culminating in his involvement with boat sales — new and brokerage — for the last five years, the company said.

“We are excited to bring Hunter Marine and our cutting-edge approach to sales and service into the New York and northern New Jersey areas. We want to bring Hunter to the forefront of sailors' minds as great boats for New York and northern New Jersey sailing,” Springline owner and president Rick Dietereich said in a statement.

“Gene's experience, partnered with Mamaroneck Boats & Motors marina, provides an ideal platform for a great buying experience, with attention to customers' needs,” he added. “They are the perfect complement to the SLYS culture and methodology of customer service.”
