Stabicraft picks U.S. public relations firm

Stabicraft Marine, a New Zealand-based manufacturer of aluminum boats, appointed Salima Benchoukroun as its public relations agency to support the company’s efforts in the U.S. market.

Stabicraft builds center consoles, sportboats, runabouts, cruisers and sportfishing boats. With a strong presence in New Zealand and Australia, the company is looking to expand into the U.S. market, starting with such regions as the West Coast, Great Lakes, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Benchoukroun will design and execute a media relations program to further build awareness and credibility of Stabicraft boats among dealers and consumers.

“Salima’s extensive experience and her ability to raise newcomers’ profile in the marketplace will help us get to the next level as we strive to grow our brand and develop a solid network of high-quality dealers,” said Paul Adams, managing director of Stabicraft Marine, in a statement.
