Star brite teams with Florida conservation group

Fort Lauderdale-based Star brite was named the official boat care product of Coastal Conservation Association Florida, which aims to conserve, promote and enhance the state’s coastal resources.

Star brite said it is a longtime sponsor of the group.

Every year, Star brite provides a significant amount of products to help CCA Florida raise the money needed to protect Florida's saltwater marine resources, distributing them among 30 regional chapters and 8,000 members.

The company has been producing products ranging from cleaners to motor oils, adhesives to marine fuel treatment for more than 40 years. During that time, Star brite said it has been producing products that wherever possible and practical feature biodegradable formulations that are also effective.
