T-H Marine Supplies said it hired two sales managers and promoted a manager in its sales department.

The Alabama-based company said the new sales managers are Thomas James and Zack McLanahan. Greg Buie was promoted from national sales manager to vice president of sales and marketing.

The company said James brings more than 24 years of marine aftermarket experience. His spent the past 18 years at CDI Electronics, serving as sales and marketing manager. He will be the aftermarket sales manager at T-H Marine.

McLanahan returns to the company after a short retirement. He will be the sales manager for the direct retail and mass merchandiser accounts.

Buie has worked at T-H Marine for more than 24 years. He most recently was aftermarket sales manager.

“We are excited to announce the expansion of our sales department with the addition of two new sales managers,” T-H Marine CEO Jeff Huntley said in a statement. “Both of these guys have been in the industry for years and have already hit the ground running.”

Huntley also said Buie “has been a huge driver of our sales success for over 20 years. He has been on the front line making it happen, and now it is time for him to take the new role of vice president of sales and marketing so he can coach and manage our entire sales and marketing team to ensure continued success in the market.”
