TecNiq announces personnel moves

LED light manufacturer TecNiq hired Jennifer McNees and Marcus Nelson as sales associates.

The company said McNees and Nelson will share similar responsibilities, representing the full line of TecNiq products.

“We’re excited to add Jennifer and Marcus to our team,” senior director of market development Tom Bailey said in a statement. “They have a passion and energy for what they do that will really strengthen our current customer relationships and blaze fresh paths to new business.”

McNees, who will focus on trailers, brings more than 15 years of sales experience to the new role. She previously was a general manager in the technology industry. She attended Davenport University and Michigan State University, studying leadership.

Marcus Nelson

Nelson, a sales professional with 12 years in marketing and account management, will handle marine accounts. He worked in the telecom and technology industries, selling to nonprofit and municipal accounts. Nelson has a bachelor’s degree in business and communications from Eastern Michigan University.

TecNiq makes marine, RV, emergency vehicle, commercial fleet and trailer LED lighting.
