Veethree names OEM rep

Veethree Electronics and Marine appointed the Derema Group as its OEM manufacturer's representatives for the Northeastern and Western United States.

Illinois-based Veethree recently acquired the assets of Teleflex Inc.'s gauge division in Sarasota, Fla., and will continue to supply the existing product lines servicing the marine market. Derema Group has had a long association with Teleflex.

Derema Group was formed in January 2000 from the merger of Eastern Marketing Associates and the R.J. deRecat Co. The firm has offices in San Clemente, Calif., and West Chester, Pa.
