Netherlands-based Veth Propulsion named Twin Disc as its new U.S. distributor.

The announcement was made in May at the ITS Convention and Exhibition in Boston by Erik Veth, general manager of the global marine propulsion manufacturer, and Tim Batten, Twin Disc director of global marine sales.

Twin Disc recently became a Veth distributor for select Asian markets. Its new territory is the United States, except for the Gulf Coast region, which will be covered by Veth's new sub-distributor, Sewart Supply.

The agreement provides Veth with access to the Twin Disc sales and service network. Twin Disc also now offers its customers Veth's commercial marine products.
