Victory Yacht Sales opens office in Miami

Victory Yacht Sales, a subsidiary of Victory Marine Holdings (OTCPK:VMHG) has completed its merger and unveiled a new trading symbol.

On May 7, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority approved the corporate action of China Good Electrical Inc., to trade under its new name, Victory Marine Holdings with the symbol VMHG. The announcement follows the company’s formal name change to better reflect its core business.

“We are pleased to begin trading under the new symbol VMHG,” said Orlando Hernandez, Victory Yacht Sales CEO, in a statement. “The marine industry is experiencing its best years ever, mainly due to the shortage of used vessels and the high demand to replace these vessels domestically and throughout the Caribbean.” He was referring to the losses many boat owners experienced during last year’s hurricane season.

The company said is opening an office in Miami “to capitalize on the high demand today by building a fully integrated vertical marine organization with its focus on sales, service and accessories, all surrounded by all-around pleasureboats.”
