Watch how New York's lower Hudson River commercial marine community sprang into action Thursday, working alongside the Coast Guard and other emergency personnel to rescue all 155 passengers of the downed US Airways plane from the 35-degree water.

Ferry and rescue personnel reportedly plucked people directly from the wing of the aircraft.
