Derelict boats are a real problem. Not only do they litter harbors and beaches, they’re also hazards to navigation. Anybody who’s had a run-in with one has almost certainly dreamed of taking the matter into their own hands — maybe with a chainsaw, backhoe and an extra-large dumpster.
