Pulse---April-Dealer-Sentiment-1

A monthly survey is asking marine retailers to weigh in on market conditions and consumer activity during the month of May.

The Pulse Report was launched by the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas and Baird Research in 2013. Soundings Trade Only later partnered with Baird to help distribute the survey and report its results.

The surveys analyze industry data points like new-boat demand, inventory levels and access to credit. They also include the Marine Retail Sentiment Index, a confidence index for retailers.

This month’s survey is inquiring about whether retailers are seeing customers trying to list and sell late-model boats.
