As part of the agency’s succession strategy, Lenderman will lead the sales team in conjunction with the current board of directors.

“I am honored to have been elected president by our board. I look forward to continuing with the traditions that Mr. Bill Miller, Will Miller and Joe have laid out for the past 58 years. We have an excellent team in place, and we are very fortunate to represent the best factories and sell to the best customers in the marine business,” Lenderman said in a statement.

“I am so proud to announce with pleasure that Hill Lenderman has been tapped to lead the William F. Miller & Associates team to the next level.
