As part of the agency’s succession strategy, Lenderman will lead the sales team in conjunction with the current board of directors.

A University of Mississippi graduate, Lenderman has been employed by the agency since 1997. His previous sales territories have included the majority of the southeastern United States. He was appointed to the board upon its inception in 2010.

He will direct all facets of the manufacturers’ rep agency, including sales training and development, territory management, general business activities and function as the principal liaison.

“I am honored to have been elected president by our board. I look forward to continuing with the traditions that Mr. Bill Miller, Will Miller and Joe have laid out for the past 58 years. We have an excellent team in place, and we are very fortunate to represent the best factories and sell to the best customers in the marine business,” Lenderman said in a statement.

“I am so proud to announce with pleasure that Hill Lenderman has been tapped to lead the William F. Miller & Associates team to the next level. Over the past 18 years Hill has earned the trust and respect of our entire team, customer base and represented factories. He has served and mastered the management roles required in this position. More importantly, he exudes the qualities that makes William F. Miller stand apart,” said Joe Miller, former president and current owner of the company.
