Hill Lenderman has purchased William F. Miller & Associates, a manufacturers’ representative agency, from previous owner Joseph G. Miller.

Lenderman joined the agency in 1997 and has served on its board of directors since 2010. He has been president of the company since 2015.

Miller & Associates, and to be able to carry on the long standing traditions and reputation the agency has earned,” said Lenderman in a statement. “I look forward to driving the business into the next generation with the resources and incredible talent we have on our team.”
