Hill Lenderman is the new owner of William F. Miller & Associates

Hill Lenderman has purchased William F. Miller & Associates, a manufacturers’ representative agency, from previous owner Joseph G. Miller.

Lenderman joined the agency in 1997 and has served on its board of directors since 2010. He has been president of the company since 2015.

“I am honored to have acquired ownership of William F. Miller & Associates, and to be able to carry on the long standing traditions and reputation the agency has earned,” said Lenderman in a statement. “I look forward to driving the business into the next generation with the resources and incredible talent we have on our team.”

William F. Miller & Associates has been a marine manufacturers’ representative for more than 60 years. The sales territory encompasses the greater south and Midwest with corporate offices located in Nashville. Miller will maintain an active sales role in the agency.
