WindRider Trimarans added new distributors internationally as its export markets expand, the company announced.

Minnesota-based WindRider added distribution in Portugal, Spain and western Australia.

“Export markets continue to expand as our brand becomes well known around the world.” WindRider International president Dean Sanberg said in a statement.

Australia sales have grown with the addition of a Brisbane dealer in 2011, prompting the company to add another to better serve western Australia.

Serving Portugal and Spain is Mike Braun of Ilha do Lombo Portugal, a location that is just a two-hour drive from the border of Spain.

WindRider manufactures and distributes three models of trimaran sailboats.
