Windsor Craft Yachts chose boat documentation specialist Ken Cook Co. to develop a customized World Class Owner Manual Program. Windsor Craft is the third Genmar boatbuilder to adopt the program.

The program provides boatbuilders with in-depth product support documentation to enhance brand recognition, customer service and dealer support. It also assures buyers their new boat meets current regulations and standards from the U.S. Coast Guard, American Boat and Yacht Council and National Marine Manufacturers Association.

Windsor Craft Yachts, based in Minneapolis, offers handcrafted, mahogany-hulled boats. Ken Cook Co. of Milwaukee is a single-source provider of product documentation, training programs and custom solutions for marine manufacturers worldwide.
