WinMarine inks Nord Star distributor deal

WinMarine Ventures LLC of New Haven, Conn., has entered into an agreement with Linex-Oy of Finland to serve as the exclusive importer and distributor for Nord Star Patrol boats in North America.

Nord Star Patrol boats are offered in 24-, 26-, 28-, 31- and 40-foot models, both single- and twin-engine powered. The U.S. debut will be Sept. 11-14 at the Newport International Boat Show.

WinMarine Ventures is the brainchild of Connecticut businessmen John B. Uljens, the company president and CEO, and chairman Ceasar N. Anquillare. Nord Star USA is headquartered at Birbarie Marina in Branford, Conn., and is seeking qualified dealers in the United States and Canada.
