The weekend program offers classroom presentations, networking, hands-on fishing activities and optional charter trips on Friday and Sunday.

Classes will be held at the BPOE Elks Lodge in Tavernier, and fishing is out of Islamorada.

Activities launch Friday evening with a networking social. Saturday morning presentations begin at 8:30. This year, attendees can bring a male guest or invite teens to include their families.

The series is supported by such partners as the Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation, the National Marine Manufacturers Association, Discover Boating, the Miami International Boat Show, the Recreational Boating and Fishing Foundation, Mercury, Ranger Boats, Magic Tilt trailers, Humminbird, Minn Kota and Fish Florida.
