Xantrex unveils new-media efforts

Xantrex Technology USA, a subsidiary of Schneider Electric, announced new social media and Web-based marketing initiatives.

On the heels of its all-new website, which launched last quarter, Xantrex has produced two new exclusive branded channels on YouTube and Twitter. The company also has customized targeted e-newsletters for each of its mobile market segments, including marine, RV and commercial/industrial trucking.

"We believe that social marketing clearly affords Xantrex the opportunity to further build and develop relationships with our clients, including OEMs, dealers and distributors, installers and end users," general manager Richard Gaudet said in a statement.
