We are seeking a Customer Service/Warranty Representative for our Florida office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Process/approve warranty claims and parts. 2. Respond to customers inquiries regarding parts and product repair issues. 3. Ensure that dealer customer service practices are in accordance with Beneteau policies and procedures. 4. Liaise with France After-Sales (Customer Service) department 5. Liaise with US and EU vendors 6. Interact with dealers providing guidance and troubleshooting product support. 7. Coordinate general customer service repairs with boatyards 8. Perform administrative duties
Key Skills: * Knowledge of boating industry * Technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot marine systems * Knowledge of personal computers and computer software programs * Ability to effectively communicate with employees, managers and the general public French and/or Spanish language is a plus
We are looking for motivated, self-starters with excellent troubleshooting, communication and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate with a team to meet goals.
