The Dealer Sales Representative will report to the West Coast Sales Manager and will be responsible for developing and managing current and undeveloped Dealer accounts in California and Central/South America.

The Dealer Sales Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Manage existing relationships with target Dealers within the assigned region

· Develop new Dealer accounts in targeted territory

· Create co-op marketing plans with Dealers to further promote the Seakeeper brand

· Attend Dealer events to promote the Seakeeper brand

· Promote Seakeeper by promoting demo days, shows, and events

· Meeting quarterly and yearly growth targets

· Knowledgeable of CRM system

Required Skills:
Qualified applicants should meet the following requirements and demonstrate the following qualifications:

· Applicants should be a hands-on sales executive that stays up to date with current developments and future trends within the industry

· 2-5 years related sales experience in the marine industry

· Valid passport and be available for both domestic and international travel

· Be self-motivated, organized and have superior customer service skills

· Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, closing skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision are essential

· Strong verbal skills and the ability to communicate professionally

· Strong command of Microsoft Office products, interpersonal skills, team player, and detail oriented

· Excellent writing skills including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation

· Unquestionable integrity and personal ethics are a must. Candidate should not be willing to bend the rules just to close a deal

· Experience selling on a global scale combined with demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and be culturally aware of the Americas environment

· Multi-lingual skills are preferred

Candidates should understand the strategies of key competitors and be able to formulate proactive plans to gain competitive advantages. Must understand what future factors (i.e. technical breakthroughs, government policy, demographics, etc.) could change the environment in which Seakeeper does business. Qualified applicant must be professional, responsive, resourceful, flexible, well organized, and maintain a positive work attitude. Must be able to work independently, maintain filing systems and basic databases, gather and analyze information skillfully, and have the ability to make sound, timely, and accurate judgment while supporting reasoning for decisions. Applicants must be a cultural fit and be aligned with the values of the company which include being result-oriented, collaborative, diverse, inclusive, trustworthy, and of unquestionable integrity. The ideal candidate is a proven closer who is able to make a call, gain access to the high-level decision makers, and close the deal.. Applicants must have a strong desire to meet customer needs while supporting the company’s goals and objectives. The ability to build relationships with customers, both internal and external, is necessary
