Bertram Yachts is expanding in Tampa Florida. The company is seeking engineers and  managers to support the new assembly lines. Experience in the construction of inboard powered sportfish or motoryachts is desired. A successful record of success working on yacht construction teams is essential. 

Production Manager:

Experienced boatbuilder and manager to lead the large boat production team. Must have at least 5 years experience building 50’+ inboard powered yachts. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and yacht interior construction. Proven success at leading focused teams in a semi-custom operation. Apply by email to hr@bertram.com

Program Manager:

Cross department leader to coordinate the schedules and program of the operation. Develops and maintains the planning system that manages the quality of the program and product. Prepares daily reports on status and schedule throughout the organization. Working with the operation team solves daily production and scheduling issues as they arise. Program manager should be a detail oriented leader with good communication skills and a proven ability to coordinate and lead complex projects. Proven organizational skills and a successful track record in project management is required. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Project and Excel is essential. Engineer

Engineer with proven CAD and documentation skills to help develop and document the new Bertrams. Mechanical or other engineering degree. Understanding of marine systems, product documentation (BOM’s, build books), and experience with Rhino software is a plus. Apply by email to hr@bertram.com
