Looking for an opportunity to have a hand, literally and figuratively, impact the success of the company. Our engineering team is looking for 3 key team members to innovate, challenge the status quo, add value by jumping right in to make a difference in their respective disciplines for the company, the boat brands, our dealer partners, and boat owner’s that they support.

Available engineering positions:

· Systems Engineering Manager – Direct the system engineering group which handles propulsion, electrical, waste/water, hvac and electronics

· Engineering Project Manager, Larson brands – Run a department within a department to maintain documentation, BOM, model year changes and oversee New Product Development efforts for the brands of the Larson Boat Group

· Prototype Upholstery Supervisor – Oversee the prototype upholstery group with new product, model year changes and production trouble shooting. Looking for an experience pattern maker in both upholstery and canvas.
