This role will:

-Work with Outside Sales Directors to translate a customer order into a configured boat with options and pricing

 -Work with Customer’s banks to make the financing process easy and seamless

 -Manage the buy and sell of trade-ins working with outside sales, customers, dealers and brokers

 -Working with dealers and customers to schedule and coordinate the delivery process

 -Work with customers in person to complete the closing and delivery process

- Follow up with dealers to ensure all customer warranty documents are received

 - Maintain customer files 

- Create and maintain multiple sales reports

 -Other duties as assigned 

What we need is a person who:  

-Has enthusiasm -Has project management skills -Is patient and congenial under pressure 

-Has excellent attention to detail 

-Is a strong team player

 -Is self-directed  

Must be willing to work overtime as needed. 

Prefer marine industry and/or customer service experience.

Prefer 5-8 yrs work experience
