Marine Connection, a leading marine dealership in southeast Florida for over thirty years is growing again! We are looking for Top Quality marine riggers and service technicians with opportunities in our locations from Vero Beach to the Florida Keys.

We are the high-volume dealership representing Cobia, Blackfin, Cobalt, and Hurricane boats, along with Yamaha and Mercury Outboards.

Service Technician
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Yamaha, Mercury, MerCruiser, and Volvo brands, preferably with certifications. Extensive diagnostic and repair skills in fuel, electrical, and boat systems. Boat handling and trailering skills are desirable.

Boat Rigger
The ideal candidate will be experienced in the rigging and preparation of new boats, including the installation, testing, and quality assurance of outboard motors, options, accessories, and common marine electronics. Boat handling and trailering skills are desirable.

Mobile Service Technicians
Mobile technician candidates must be an elite level of technician, a problem solver, and self-managing. Superior customer service skills are essential, along with tidy work habits, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Position includes a take-home service van, and an increased level of autonomy. Boat handling and trailering skills are necessary along with a clean driving record.
