This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing SaaS company primarily focused on the Marine Industry. The individual selected for this role will be responsible for building the sales pipeline for PierVantage (PV) in the Southeast Region, closing deals, demonstrating the software either remotely or on-site, negotiating with various stakeholders, building relationships with current clients in the region and professionally representing the company at Marine Industry events.

AS A SALES EXECUTIVE YOU WILL:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual team targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities and driving to close while growing existing client relationships
  • Achieve revenue targets according to company goals, sales conversion metrics & monthly, quarterly or annual sales goals
  • As an expert in your domain, work closely with the Marketing team on generating leads and on developing & optimizing messaging to increase sales team effectiveness
  • Leverage CRM data help forecast and manage sales activities
  • This individual will report directly to the Director of Sales

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated direct sales success
  • Strong understanding of the Boat Building and/or Boatyard industry is required
  • Strong business acumen is required
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of degree and experience
  • A natural ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

  • Base salary (TBD) + uncapped compensation

Experience:

  • Sales experience in the Marine Industry

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
