Freedom Boat Club is the nation's oldest and largest private member boat club and we are currently looking to add experienced Marine Techs to our operations team in Venice, FL and in Naples, FL. and an experienced Fiberglass Technician to our operations team in Venice, FL. These positions will be full-time, including an attractive benefits package. 

- Certified in Yamaha or Suzuki

- Must have knowledge of 12 volt electrical, rigging, and outboard diagnostics.

- Boating experience is desirable

- Be comfortable working in marina and shop environments, maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to required safety policies

Other Requirements -

- Must be a team player, a self-starter and capable of working unsupervised

- Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity

- Good attention to detail

- High School degree

- Valid driver's license and good driving record

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must pass a background check and drug screening

Fiberglass Tech Work Experience -

- Fiberglass fabrication and/or repair

- Working with gelcoat and color matching

- Knowledge of wet-sanding and final detailing

- Knowledge of upholstery repair a plus

- Be comfortable working in a shop environment, maintaining a clean work environment and adhering to required safety policies

Other Requirements -

- Valid driver's license and good driving record

- High School diploma

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Must pass a background check and drug screening

- Willingness to work in hot, sunny conditions

- Team player, self-starter and capable of working unsupervised

- Ability to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity

- Good attention to detail
