Parts Counter Specialist Full-Time

This position is for someone who is finding themselves frustrated that their great can-do attitude and knowledge about marine parts and boats is going to waste.

 We are looking for an individual who is focused on attaining results, effectively dealing with challenges, and providing great customer service.

We’re in search for a candidate with a proven track record of sustained sales success. If that success is in the Outboard Parts and Marine Accessories industry, it’s a huge plus. Specific knowledge about Yamaha Outboard Engine Parts and the use of Yamaha parts to address our customer needs is ideal.

The ideal candidate must be capable of dealing intelligently and courteously with a diverse group of customers, technicians, and shop owners; in person, on the phone, text message, and email.

The most successful Parts Advisor will go the distance to take the necessary actions to connect with our customers and with other strategic organizations. Successful Parts Advisors operate as if it’s their own business and work intentionally to maximize sales opportunities.

Service Advisor Full Time

The Service Advisor is responsible for arranging the service of our customer's Yamaha Outboards. The ideal candidate has experience in coordinating every aspect necessary to efficiently get the service job done while being conscientious and precise in their work. This includes scheduling master technicians, ensuring accurate administrative documentation, logistics, working with our inventory specialist to get the correct parts, warranties and many other details.

Experience within the marine service industry is a plus, and experience with Yamaha Outboard engines and parts in particular is even better.

The most successful Service Advisor is a critical listener, mature, courteous, forward looking and bottom line oriented. Must have a good sense of urgency balance with maintaining the high standards our company is known for.

Electronics & Rigging Technician Full-Time

We are looking for an Electronics and Rigging Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for repowering our customer’s boats with newly purchased Yamaha Outboard Motors as well as installing steering and any electronic equipment included in the repower purchase.

If you’re the right person for this role you are dependable, analytical and precise in your approach to tasks. You enjoy problem solving, doing technical work, and are someone who strives to achieve the highest standards. You get great satisfaction from following projects through to completion.
