Marine Equipment and Supply Co. (MESCO) has been an industry leader in marine parts and accessories distribution for over 100 years. We are seeking an organized, energetic, and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales force at our affiliate, Seacoast Distributors in Long Island, New York. Duties include sales training, outside sales support, territory planning/evaluation, new account development as well as some direct sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses leadership skills, excels in maintaining customer relationships, and has a passion for the marine industry.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or at least 10 years of B2B sales experience
· 4+ years in a leadership/management role
· Track record of superior sales performance
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to travel daily to current and potential clients
· Valid driver’s license
