Marine Purchasing Specialist
RMK Merrill-Stevens is searching for an experienced Marine Purchasing Specialist. RMK Merrill-Stevens is undergoing major modernization including construction of a new marine store/purchasing department to support repair and refit of private yachts form 30’- 250’ and well as some commercial and government repair projects. Yachts Sales Staff Members
Our yachts sales and brokerage division known as Merrill-Stevens Yachts is experiencing rapid growth in our relationships with new yacht lines as direct dealers. We are now recruiting currently licensed yacht sales staff members to join our team. You will possess your Florida state yacht sales license and have been active selling successfully for a minimum of two years in the industry with knowledge of the yacht sales cycle process along with a working knowledge using Yacht Closer, Yacht World and Boat Trader management is a plus. We are seeking strong team player driven by being successful and growing customer relationships continuously. We offer great back office sales support, print and digital marketing campaigns and participation in the major boat shows in the region.

The idea candidate is experienced in working with a variety of materials, such as wood, fiberglass, and aluminum. Responsible for construction of yacht parts and frames, structural assembly and repairs, finishing of yacht surfaces, and inspections of finished crafts.
RMK Merrill-Stevens is searching for Lead Marine Finish/Painter. This role offers and experienced marine yacht painter the opportunity to oversee and develop a team capable of all aspects of yacht painting and refinishing. Scheduling jobs, ordering, and estimating of materials, ability to manage a team and develop new hires into a team capable of delivering yacht projects on time and within budget.
Marine Welder are responsible for all assigned work in the welding and fabrication shop. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change.
