SALES MANAGER, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pay/Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Serve the customer- keep CSI at a high level
  • Explore ways to better serve customers
  • Generate revenue through sales of new, used and brokerage boats
  • Cultivate sales staff

SALES MANAGER, REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in Marine or similar industry is preferred

MARINE-TECHNICIAN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repair of all types of marine engines: Outboards/Inboards
  • Performing work on boats and yachts, both service and rigging as needed
  • Handle multiple work orders and utilize computer systems to document work that has been performed·
  • Troubleshoot, repair and install electrical accessories in boats including bilge pumps, charging systems, and steering systems
  • Work with the Service Manager and General Manager to perform all tasks needed to run the business
