Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the Sales’ Team effectively follows successful sales processes while providing excellent buying experience for the customer.
  • Embodies a continuous learning mindset.
  • Develops and maintains a high-level of product, market, and industry knowledge.
  • Utilizes sales tools, including CRM to ensure the team is performing daily follows, prospecting for new customer, and communicating with existing customers
  • Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals, and enhance dealer reputation.
  • Professionally presents products to customers, including reviewing the features and benefits of the boats.
  • Prepare quotes, completing trade evaluations, and presenting pricing consistent with achieving margin and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Partners with Business Manager for presentation of finance products, preparation of closing documents, and setting up deliveries
  • Promotes teamwork by leading by example.
  • Supports other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat
  • Participates in boat shows, store, off-site sales, and customer events.
  • Showroom inventory management as well as ordering and coordinating floor displays.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Achieves/exceeds sales unit and revenue goals.
  • Computer knowledge
  • Degree and/or Equal Experience
