Job Expectations

As the service manager, you will oversee all aspects of our service department to ensure business needs are met. You are responsible for the day-to-day supervision and production of multiple service technicians, vendors, and entire service department. You will supervise workflow to ensure the department is profitable, customer satisfaction is met, and provide the VIP customer experience the Ultimate brand is known for. The service manager is responsible for profit and employee retention, customer relations, and efficient problem-solving solutions.
