Baja Marine, the parent company of Baja, Donzi, Fountain and Pro-Line boats, recently opened Powerboat Headquarters to “transform pre-owned boats into like-new condition.”

The full-service yard is at Baja’s Washington, N.C., facility and will provide repair, refurbishment and consignment sales for any model of boat for boat owners and Baja dealers.

Services include repowering, aluminum work, and hull and interior repairs. Servicing and refurbishing high-performance boats are an area of expertise because Powerboat Headquarters shares a manufacturing facility with the Baja, Donzi and Fountain brands.

The Powerboat Headquarters team also can help owners sell their boats after repairs are completed by listing them in their database of available inventory, as well as handling inspections, demos and possible delivery to the new owner.

“We take someone’s boat, go through it and suggest repairs and improvements that will help the seller get the best price,” Baja Marine CEO Johnny Walker said in a statement. “If you want to sell a boat, we can find the buyer. If you want to buy a boat, we can help you find the model that’s perfect for you. Powerboat Headquarters is the way to transform any used boat into a vibrant, well-running and enjoyable watercraft.”

The company offers a factory certified program on select boats that are fully refitted and serviced and a 12-month warranty on the entire boat, except for the engine and powertrain.
