Boston Whaler promotes two in marketing

Boston Whaler promoted two employees in its marketing organization.

Traci Davis was promoted to manager of content and event marketing. The company said Davis has successfully managed sales and marketing initiatives while fostering a strong sense of teamwork.

Davis will be responsible for creating highly targeted materials that will strengthen the company’s brand presence worldwide. The company said she will lead the production of the annual brochure, boat videos and photography, new product launches and consumer events, including major boat shows, the Bimini owners’ trip and other critically important activities with dealers in key markets.

The company also promoted Jessica Mogus to manager of digital marketing. The company said Mogus has delivered outstanding results with digital initiatives, including website refreshes, social media oversight and third-party Internet advertising, as well as activating Boston Whaler’s bimonthly dealer training webinars. She is in the M.B.A. program at the University of Central Florida.

The company said Mogus will retain oversight of the digital initiatives and lead the implementation of a customer relationship management application, automated marketing application and lead intervention program.
