Brunswick adds software support for dealers

Brunswick's dealer services team, through Brunswick Dealer Advantage, is now offering dealer management software support for the entire marine dealer network with exclusive preferred pricing on leading Ideal and IDS products and services from Constellation Dealership Software, a division of Constellation Software Inc., Brunswick announced.

Brunswick Dealer Advantage offers 28 business services to its marine dealership community that are designed to help dealers attract more customers, retain employees, improve operations and lower costs. Constellation’s fully integrated dealer management software lets dealerships gain greater control of their business by leveraging access to real-time transaction data throughout the business.

“The mission of Brunswick Dealer Advantage is to provide services and benefits that help our dealers to grow,” chairman and CEO Dustan McCoy said in a statement. “We are pleased to be able to offer preferred pricing on leading management software products and services that can help all our dealers run a tighter ship. Constellation software products store and deliver real-time transaction data across sales, service, customer relationship management, finance and insurance, parts, purchasing, inventory control, performance metrics and more. For the IDS products, a custom Brunswick “pipeline” offers direct submission of warranty registrations, warranty claims and parts ordering. Expert dealer training is always available on site or online.
