Brunswick schedules shareholder meeting

Brunswick will hold its annual shareholders meeting at 9 a.m. May 5 at its corporate offices in Lake Forest, Ill.

Items on the agenda include the election of directors, the ratification of the audit committee's selection of Ernst & Young as Brunswick's independent registered public accounting firm, and any other business that comes before the meeting.

Only holders of one or more of the 88,445,206 shares of Brunswick common stock issued and outstanding as of the close of business March 8 are entitled to vote at the meeting.
