Burger delivers 151-foot motoryacht to new owners

Burger Boat, of Manitowoc, Wis., recently delivered Sycara IV, a fantail motoryacht, to owners Ray and Elsie Catena.

The Catenas were committed to recapturing the splendor, grace and charm of a bygone era when Sycara IV was designed, according to the company. This was their inspiration for Sycara IV, a traditionally styled, early 1920s-era fantail cruiser.

While the Catenas have cruised distant ports around the world with their previous vessels, the vision for this "family yacht" is to see America and its surrounding waters, such as the Great Lakes, the Erie Barge Canal system, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Sycara IV will make her debut at the 2009 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show this fall.
