Campion presented with 'Green Business Award'

Campion Marine was recognized by the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce in British Columbia with a Green Business Award.

"We are honored to receive this award," general manager Brock Elliott said in a statement. "We will continue to move forward along the green path, looking for new and better ways to improve our boats, both for the boater and for the environment."

Campion recently began manufacturing all of its boats using a renewably sourced bio-devised resin, the company noted among its green initiatives.

Campion manufactures more than 37 models of high-performance sportboats ranging from 16 to 30 feet.
