Chaparral and Robalo Boats appointed Ryan Good as Midwest regional sales manager.

Good, who lives in Akron, Ohio, has a background in marine sales, product development and customer service. He has a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Walsh University in Ohio.

Current Midwest sales manager Gary Beck announced his intention to retire in June.

The companies thanked Beck in a statement for his 16 years of service in the position.
