Dometic Marine helps out veterans support group

Dometic Marine provided three Cruisair air-conditioning systems and a cockpit refrigeration system to Saltwater Soldiers Inc. for installation aboard the organization's flagship vessel, Reel Compromise.

Saltwater Soldiers is a non-profit that provides financial aid to improve the quality of life for wounded soldiers and their families. As part of its rehabilitation and therapy program, the organization offers free offshore fishing trips and opportunities for soldiers to compete in offshore tournaments, such as the White Marlin Open.

"Since the inception of Saltwater Soldiers Inc. in 2009 we have been overwhelmed by the product support offered to the organization from marine industry companies such as Dometic Marine," said Michael Branson, the organization's founder and president. "This has helped us to bring self-confidence, fun and happiness back into the lives of many U.S. soldiers and veterans, as well as offer a helping hand to wounded soldiers and their families."
