Dometic Marine, a division of the Dometic Group, appointed Saltwater Communications to handle its global public relations.

The appointment comes 18 months after Saltwater was chosen to handle Dometic's European public relations and follows the decision by Dometic at the end of 2009 to streamline its press and publicity activity under one agency.

Previously this function was split between two agencies, one focusing on Europe and Scandinavia and the other targeting the U.S. market.
