Ferretti Group hires sales executive for Allied Marine

Ferretti Group America named Jeff Erdmann, a longtime member of the board of the Florida Yacht Brokers Association, as a sales executive at Allied Marine.

“I am thrilled to be working with Allied Marine at the Ferretti Group of America’s prestigious Fort Lauderdale facility, with its 50,000-square-foot indoor yacht showroom, exhibiting the extraordinary line of Ferretti Group Yachts,” Erdmann said in a statement.

The president of Bollman Yachts for the last 13 years, Erdmann recently was profiled in Southern Boating magazine for his volunteer advocacy work as chairman of the FYBA Public Affairs Committee.

“Jeff has been a tireless advocate for Florida’s marine industry and our yacht brokerage community,” said Frank Herhold, executive director emeritus of the Marine Industries Association of South Florida.

“Jeff accomplished the seemingly impossible task of getting politicians to agree on a sales tax cap for yachts, which has helped the industry and buyers alike,” Superyacht Network founder Kent Chamberlain said.
