Ferretti Group America opened its newest waterfront location in Miami Beach.

The newly renovated office at 5th Street and Alton Road is at the gateway to Miami Beach and is about 20 minutes from Miami International Airport.

The retail location is near shops, famous restaurants and South Beach. New inventory of the Ferretti Group's wide range of yachts are continuously docked on site at the Miami Beach Marina, the company said.

The 2013 Pershing 82 and the 2013 Ferretti Yacht 80 are currently on display.

In September, the company announced that it will open a new sales center at the Miami Beach Marina.

“We chose to grow our footprint in Miami, given that in the last 10 years the city has become an incredibly prominent location in the U.S. market, with a thriving commercial and residential real estate development community for Europeans, North, South and Central Americans, along with a strong influx of Latin American commerce and top corporations relocating their head offices to Miami,” Ferretti Group America president and CEO James Henderson said in a statement at the time.
