Hatteras and Cabo add MarineMax sales agents

Hatteras and Cabo Yachts selected several MarineMax team members as authorized sales agents.

“Given MarineMax's success with our brands and their reputation with Hatteras and Cabo customers for providing exceptional service, we are excited to have members of the MarineMax team a part of our go-forward strategy," Hatteras and Cabo president and CEO John Ward said in a statement.

MarineMax Chairman’s Circle members Scott Roberton, James Corts and Ken Reda will lead the MarineMax sales team based at authorized MarineMax retail outlets, with the support of MarineMax-Hatteras veteran Steve Gale.

“MarineMax is pleased to continue our long-standing relationship with Hatteras and Cabo Yachts, which has resulted in more than $700 million in sales and hundreds of happy customers over the past 15 years,” MarineMax president and CEO Bill McGill said. “Hatteras is an iconic American boatbuilding brand and MarineMax is the largest boat retailer and service provider in the country. It is a strong combination and an enduring partnership.”

Hatteras model offerings include convertible sport yachts from 54 to 77 feet and luxury motoryachts from 60 to 100 feet. Cabo offers express models from 36 to 52 feet. Both are built in the same state-of-the-art facility in New Bern, N.C.

Roberton, Corts, Reda and Gale will be at the Hatteras display during the Yacht & Brokerage Show in Miami Beach on Collins Avenue at ramp 6.
