Hatteras and Cabo Yachts LLC has named Henry Yandle as the company’s new sales vice president.

Yandle comes from a career in the private and commercial aviation industry at Textron Aviation, parent company of Cessna, Beechcraft and Hawker aircraft.

Most recently Yandle served as Textron Aviation’s preowned regional sales director in the western United States.

Prior to that, he held positions as vice president of corporate accounts serving the western United States, vice president of sales in the region, and regional sales vice president for the Southwest and Northwest.

“Henry’s expertise in finding the right product to suit the needs of high net-worth individuals, as well as curating the sales experience for each individual buyer, will make him an invaluable member of the Hatteras Yachts team,” said Hatteras Yachts president and CEO Kelly Grindle in a statement.

Grindle became president and CEO in January after former CEO John Ward departed for Everglade Boats.

“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to join this legendary American brand,” Yandle said. “I look forward to working with the Hatteras team to serve the ‘Hatteras family’ of dedicated and passionate customers, as well as to identify new markets for their exceptional luxury yachts.”
