Hunter Marine lands 14-boat order from East Asia

Hunter Marine Corporation of Alachua, Fla., announced the boatbuilder was chosen by Seoul Marina Co. Ltd. in South Korea, to provide 14 ocean-cruising boats for Seoul Marina's new yacht dealership and sailing school.

"This is the second large dealer transaction within the last 60 days in the Pacific Rim Region, a region of the world we have targeted for a key component of our long-range growth plan," said John Peterson, Hunter vice president of sales and marketing, in a statement.

"It is exciting to work at a grassroots level with Seoul Marina to help them accomplish their goals," said Ted Norris, director of international sales for Hunter Marine.
