Besenzoni plans to launch the new brand Unica at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September. The company said in a statement that the line of accessories would target the superyacht segment.

Bergamo, Italy-based Besenzoni manufactures passerelles, ladders, helm seats, doors and windows, as well as hydraulic systems and balconies.

The company said it has formed a partnership with Marine Leather and will display its Matrix helm chair with an outdoor leather covering at Cannes. Besenzoni will announce other products that will be in the Unica line nearer to Cannes.
