The first Larson Boat Group-built Gekko Sports boats are rolling out the door for delivery to dealers.

A Gekko Sports Revo 6.7 boat came off its dedicated production line Wednesday, the first after Larson and Gekko Sports announced a partnership in July.

Larson will be building all four of Gekko’s towboat models.

"The first boat looks great,” Gekko founder and president Mark Overbye said in a statement. “We are excited and look forward to what is to come. Our partnership is working out great. Everyone in Little Falls [Minn.] has helped and supported us the entire way to get to this point to make sure the boats are of the highest quality and built to the expectations of Gekko owners and dealers."

"It is a great day for the team of boatbuilders in Little Falls," Larson Boat Group president and CEO Rob Parmentier said. "We look forward to a long and successful win-win partnership with Gekko and know this will be a home run for both companies."
