Larson Boat Group adds dealers

Since October, the Larson Boat Group added 19 new domestic and international dealers, introduced two new models and its new Escape has signaled the builder’s return to the pontoon boat market.

"We have an incredible amount of energy, motivation and determination at Larson Boat Group to return this company and our brands back to a leadership position," Larson president and CEO Rob Parmentier said in a statement.

The company has 12 new dealers in the United States, five in Canada and one apiece in Italy and China.

"The diversity and marine knowledge of the LBG new dealers, as well as our current dealer network, allows us to continue to drive market share growth, new-product development and innovation to be positioned for our next 100 years of success," Parmentier said.

OneWater Marine purchased the Huntsville, Ala.-based P&A provider for around $185 million.

The Portugal-based yard builds powerboats from 25 to 35 feet and was doing subcontracting work for the group.
