Lippert Components promoted Brian Hess to the position of vice president of innovation. The company said in a statement that Hess, most recently Lippert’s director of sales for its chassis division, will be responsible for “developing innovative product solutions” across all industries Lippert serves, including marine.

“With Brian’s promotion, we’re amplifying our innovation efforts across the entire company in order to achieve our goal of bringing even more product innovation to our customers on a consistent basis,” said Andy Murray, chief sales officer. “Brian’s education and background, combined with over a decade of experience, make him uniquely qualified for his new role.”

Hess has been with Lippert for more than six years and has a strong background in the RV industry.
